INTERMEDIATE / REFRESHER PISTOL CLASS:  (APPROX 60 MINS)

IN THIS CLASS, OUR STUDENTS REVIEW THE TOPICS COVERED IN THE FUNDAMENTAL CLASS AND ALSO LEARN HOW TO SAFELY DRAW FROM A HOLSTER, DOUBLE TAP, QUICKLY ACQUIRE TARGETS, ASSESS THREATS AND CHANGE MAGAZINES (SPEED AND TACTICAL RELOADING). STUDENTS ARE ALSO INTRODUCED TO THE 3 MAJOR TYPES OF FIREARM MALFUNCTIONS.

 

ADVANCED PISTOL CLASS:  (APPROX 60 MINS)

IN THIS CLASS, OUR STUDENTS TAKE EVERYTHING THEY HAVE LEARNED IN THE PREVIOUS CLASSES AND PUT THEM TO THE TEST. THEY LEARN HOW TO SHOOT ON THE MOVE, TO AND FROM COVER, AND ALSO LEARN THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN COVER AND CONCEALMENT. THIS CLASS ADDS A TIMED ELEMENT, CREATING MORE STRESSFUL SCENARIOS.

WE TEACH A VARIETY OF PISTOL CLASSES WITH SEMI AUTOMATIC HANDGUNS OR REVOLVERS. CLASSES RANGE FROM FUNDAMENTAL TO ADVANCED.

FUNDAMENTAL PISTOL CLASS:  (APPROX 60 MINS)

IN THIS CLASS, OUR STUDENTS LEARN AND UNDERSTAND THE 10 COMMANDMENTS OF FIREARM SAFETY. THEY ALSO LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY HANDLE AND FIRE A HANDGUN. SOME OF THE TOPICS COVERED ARE: STANCE, GRIP, POSTURE, SIGHT ALIGNMENT AND RECOIL CONTROL.
